Your Session
One of the unique things about Heartsong is that we begin by assessing through conversation exactly where the client currently is and what they most need.
We then customize the massage incorporating multiple modalities into each session with our sole intent being to meet the client wherever they are in the moment. For this reason we do not charge extra for things like the application of essential oils or heat/cold therapy. Most sessions involve a combination of techniques, often including hot stone, triger point release and various forms of energy work. Sports Massage tends to be a more invigorating therapy and often uses technigues of shaking or tapotement( tapping or rapping the muscle tissue) to loosen the muscle and increase blood flow especially after exertion.
