 Last Minute Appointments

If you are looking for a last minute appointment we keep an active cancellation list and will contact you if an opening arises.  Please let us know in your message if you have suffered a recent injury or have an urgent need and wish to be placed on this list.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time has been specially reserved for you.

Please honor our 24 hour cancellation policy and provide us reasonable notice if you should need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment.  This allows us sufficient time to offer the time slot to someone else who may be waiting.

Clients who fail to show for a scheduled appointment or who fail to provide sufficient notice will be subject to a $45.00 cancellation charge.

Insurance Policy

We have opted to remain a small,  intimate office and to keep our prices reasonable.   For this reason we regret we are unable to bill insurance.  However, many of our clients find they have success billing their Health Providers directly.

We are happy to provide you with a receipt of your payment that you may submit directly to your insurance carrier.  Our receipts include accurate diagnosis and treatment codes.
